• Artist must be 18 years of age or older.
• Entries must be original and entirely the work of the entrant for acceptance into the exhibit

Accepted Work

• Cartoon art can be hand delivered, or shipped to:

• All cartoon art must include the means of hanging, mounting, or otherwise displaying. If necessary, please include instructions.
• Artists retains the copyright on all cartoon art. The item price or not for sale value must be included for insurance purposes
• Artist agrees upon a sale, to 40% commission to Pearson Lakes Art Center. Please include the commission in the posted price/value

• No cartoon art may exceed 50 pounds in weight.
• Artists may not substitute another work for an accepted work, alter the sales price, nor withdraw the work after it has been accepted.
• Pearson Lakes Art Center reserves the right refuse any work, which does not match the accepted submission, meet the media, size, or other stated criteria

• The artist is responsible for shipping and insurance both ways, make arrangements to insure your work for the full value of the cartoon art.
• The museum provides insurance while on display. Enclose a prepaid return shipping label(s) when you ship your artwork.
• Precautions will be taken during the receiving, installation, exhibit, and return of cartoon art.
